To submit a startup project to Mostra Group, you must:

Confidential information should be clearly marked as such and will be handled according to our Confidentiality Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting your project to Mostra Group, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize Mostra Group to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all of your Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Submissions in the manner contemplated by these Terms.

Your Submissions do not and will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

Review and Selection Process

Mostra Group does not guarantee that any Submission will be reviewed, acknowledged, or returned.

Submissions will be evaluated by our team, and we reserve the right to make investment decisions based on our sole discretion.

Feedback or reasons for decisions may not be provided, and Mostra Group reserves the right to reject any Submission without explanation.

Confidentiality
Submissions containing confidential information must be accompanied by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which must be executed prior to the submission review. Mostra Group commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all properly marked confidential information.
No Obligation
Submission of a project does not create any obligation on Mostra Group to negotiate or enter into any investment or other business relationship. Mostra Group is free to discuss, review, and engage with other parties regarding submissions that may be similar to yours.

Changes to Terms
Mostra Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and you are advised to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mostra Group is incorporated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
